Summary
This career opportunity will require you to have Basic PC and Mac troubleshooting skills; customer service skills and the ability to work independently and autonomously.

Key Accountabilities
- Perform preventative & active maintenance on laptop and desktop computers
- Provide support and advice to clients in person, on the phone and remote

Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to:
- Boot Issues
- Performance Problems
- Operating System Configuration
- Basic Network Issues
- Windows Update Issues
- Display Issues
- Install and implement hardware and software solutions on-site & remote.
- Respond to client demands in a timely manner by phone and email during work hours.
- Maintain accurate company and client records and Information Technology Standards.
- Complete work orders and tickets within established service level agreements
- Maintain accurate records and time tracking for billing purposes.
- Maintain accurate and complete notes on ticket portal.
- Able to work after-hours, weekends and on call as needed by workload.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent customer services skills – You will be client facing so excelled communication and service skills are required.
- Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills – Strong ability to gather relevant information, evaluate options and implement quality solutions.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software and networks
- Ability to respond to client requests competently and in a timely manner
- Ability to quickly build rapport and sell relevant quality products to clients over the phone and face-to-face
- Ability to manage multiple jobs & projects and take the initiative to complete them within deadlines.
- Excellent time management, planning and ability to communicate and set time-frame expectations with clients.
- Excellent Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and micro management.
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+, Certificate III in Information Technology preferred.
- Must be an Australian Resident for tax purposes.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
