* Simulated Mock BCDR Tests are only eligible for clients who have engaged our BCDR service through Datto and are charged separate to the Managed Services Agreement.
- Human Backup testing is performed on our M365 Backup Plans & approved backups services.
- You can send in as many service requests as you like for any of the items in our Inclusion List during business hours (which will be listed in our Managed service agreement).
- Depending on your business size or network needs, we may need to implement more advanced network equipment and licensing at an additional cost. We will discuss this with you during onboarding if this is required.
- Your first Technology Business Review (TBR) will be scheduled during your kick-off meeting. Subsequent TBR’s are scheduled from the initial TBR & subsquent TBR’s. These meetings are critical to the success of your business’s IT systems and business leaders are encouraged to attend these meetings. As your business becomes more aligned, we may agree to reduce the frequency of these meetings.
